I think Nice is the best beachresort of the French Riviera. It's the best place to lay in the sun. And the boulevard is really great. Only the most of the French beaches are stone beaches. That's not a good thing.

This is a typical coastline of France. Wonderful boulevards and cities. The beach of Nice is a shingle beach. WHY!

The beach itself consists of gravel and close to the waterline they are stones. By the way. Nice is a boring place without sights and the bars/restaurants are really expensive. Nice is only for too rich luxury travellers.
