Miami better - 30 Aug 07
For a beach holiday we found it quiet with very little to do in the immediate area. Wished we had stayed in Miami, altough not a fan of brash resorts in this case would have welcomed a bit if life. The shops and bars etc in FL are expensive relative to other parts of the USA, and I assume that is because it is a tourist destination for Americans themselves, particularly in college holidays. I would not go back.
